1. Washed on centrifuge during 15 minutes at 65 Cº temperature.
2. Washed on the same centrifuge for 5 minuts at 85 Cº temperature .
3. Once the temperature drops down to 3ºC and after water being drained, products will be frozen to -20 ° C and stored in cardboard boxes. All the omasums are natural.
Freezing: Frozen product, keep it at -18 ºC.
